Start with a real knowledge target
A capture session should begin with a defined problem: a recurring question, a difficult handoff, a demonstration that is not documented clearly, or a topic where crews rely on one person.
Keep context and provenance
Jack’s intended capture workflow links the explanation to its contributor, trade, task, source material, consent, ownership, and review state. The source material remains separate from generated summaries.
Review before reuse
Captured material is not automatically treated as approved guidance. Duplicate, sensitivity, ownership, and technical checks come before wider reuse or public publication.
