How a pilot is intended to work
Gather controlled source material
Identify contributors, ownership, consent, references, sensitivity, and the reviewers authorized for the pilot.
Test the intended workflow
Assess retrieval quality, evidence visibility, corrections, and fit against measures agreed for that pilot.
What a pilot does not do
- It does not make private site knowledge public.
- It does not treat contributed material as technically approved without review.
- It does not replace codes, engineered documents, manufacturer requirements, approved procedures, or qualified supervision.
- It does not create public outcome claims without evidence and permission.
